Ready-to-wear & returns: our 24-hour window

Our shop is built around in-stock ready-to-wear dresses you can order online and receive with tracking. Because these pieces are finite in size and colour, we keep returns strict and short: you must email us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable. We will send return instructions; approval and refund timing are explained on our Shipping & Returns page.

Custom or altered work follows a different path — contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
