Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Timing and cost depend on your location. Ready-to-wear usually dispatches within a few business days once payment has cleared. You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the region and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on customs. Express options may be available — please ask at the time of order.

Returns & Refunds

Custom or altered orders: Agreed separately — they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Ready-to-wear: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable. We will send return instructions. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Care

Care instructions are provided with each garment. We recommend professional cleaning for delicate and structured pieces to preserve their finish. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight or humidity.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
