- How do I place an order?
- In-stock ready-to-wear dresses are on Collections — add to cart and check out online. For studio visits in Prizren or sizing help, use Contact.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide. Costs and delivery times depend on your location; details are confirmed when you order. You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.
- What is your return policy?
- Ready-to-wear: contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return; items must be unworn with tags and original packaging where applicable. Custom or altered pieces are not returnable unless faulty. See Shipping & Returns.
- How do I track my order?
- Use Order Tracking with your order number and the email or phone from checkout. With an account, orders also appear under Account.
- How does the Insolite process work?
- We stock a focused ready-to-wear dress edit online — browse Collections, check sizes, and checkout. For studio visits in Prizren or fit advice, start on Contact or About.
- What sizes do you offer?
- Each dress lists the sizes we have in stock (EU numbers and/or S/M). The Sizing Guide uses EU dress standards 32–42 with a measurement chart; compare to the product page for the piece you want.
- Can I visit in person?
- Yes — our boutique is in Prizren. We recommend booking a private viewing or consultation. See Contact for directions.
- How do I care for my Insolite piece?
- Care notes come with each garment. We generally recommend professional cleaning for delicate and structured pieces. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Do you offer alterations?
- Ready-to-wear is sold as listed; we can advise on fit by email or appointment. Minor changes are usually done with a local tailor — contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
